Q: What are check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in from 5:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.

Q: Is early check-in possible?
A: Yes, early check-in can be purchased at the time of booking. For reservations via Booking.com, Airbnb, or similar platforms, it can be purchased later through the guest portal. Early check-in is available from 2:00 PM. Additional fees apply.

Q: Is late check-out possible?
A: Yes, late check-out can be purchased at the time of booking. For reservations via Booking.com, Airbnb, or similar platforms, it can be purchased later through the guest portal. Late check-out is available until 12:00 PM. Additional fees apply.

Q: How do I receive instructions to access the apartment?
A: Access instructions are provided only after completing the online check-in form and are automatically sent 24 hours before arrival.

Q: What is the purpose of the online check-in form? How is my data used?
A: The collected data and documents are used exclusively for legal purposes. We are required to register all guests with the local police headquarters, in accordance with the Italian Ministry of Interior Decree of January 7, 2013. The information is used only for this purpose and is not shared.

Q: How do I identify my apartment?
A: The building entrance and apartment display official identification numbers (CIN) shown on the booking:

BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS AND INVOICING

Q: Is the apartment shared?
A: No, the apartment is not shared with other guests.

Q: How much is the tourist tax?
A: €3.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 4 nights per month.

Q: Is the tourist tax included in the booking price?
A: It depends on the booking channel. For Booking.com reservations, the tourist tax is not included: it is shown but not collected by Booking.com. You can verify this on your credit card statement; the charge covers only accommodation and cleaning fees. The tourist tax can be paid by credit card via the guest portal by selecting “CITY TAX”. For direct bookings or other platforms, the tourist tax is included.

Q: Do children pay the tourist tax?
A: Minors under 14 years old (until the day before their 15th birthday) are exempt.

Q: Do people with disabilities pay the tourist tax?
A: The City of Verona provides an exemption for people with certified disabilities, and in some cases also for companions. The exemption must be self-certified using Form B provided by the municipality and sent to website@veronaeasyapartments.it. For specific criteria, check the official City of Verona website.

Q: Can minors under 18 stay without parents?
A: No. Italian Civil Code states that minors under 18 cannot enter into a contract with accommodation providers. Two cases are allowed: accompanied by at least one parent with valid ID, or accompanied by another adult with written authorization and a copy of the parent’s ID. The minor must also present an ID document.

Q: What is the cancellation policy for direct bookings?
A: 100% refund up to 14 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 7 days before arrival. No refund within 7 days. For other platforms, refer to their specific policy.

Q: Is a security deposit required?
A: No.

Q: Can I request an invoice?
A: Yes. Request it on the day of check-in at website@veronaeasyapartments.it with subject “Invoice request”, booking number, and booking channel. The invoice is issued within 5 working days after check-out. Required data: full name or company name, full address, tax code or VAT number, email/PEC, and recipient code.

PARKING AND TRAFFIC RESTRICTION ZONE

Q: Does the apartment have private parking?
A: No.

Q: Can I park on the street? How does street parking work in Verona?
A: Parking is managed by AMT3:

BLUE lines: paid parking Monday–Saturday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM. Free on Sundays and holidays. About €1/hour (€2/hour in ZTL areas, active daily until midnight).
YELLOW-BLUE lines: daytime paid parking; evenings/nights reserved for residents only (8:00 PM–8:00 AM). Unauthorized parking may result in towing.
WHITE lines: free parking with time limits indicated by signs.

Always check nearby signage.

Q: How do I pay for parking?
A: At parking meters (cash or card) or via the “Paga Sosta Verona” AMT3 web app. Apps like Telepass and ParkingMyCar are also accepted.

Q: Are there nearby covered or discounted parking lots?
A: Yes, for example:

Piazza Isolo, Via Ponte Pignolo 6 – about €16/day, 300 m away
Centro, Via Campo Marzo – about €10/day, 400 m away

Rates may vary.

Q: Are the apartments inside the ZTL (restricted traffic zone)?
A: No, the apartments are outside the ZTL.

A: Yes, all apartments have a fully equipped kitchen.

A: No, only toilet paper is provided.

A: Yes, bed linen is included. Each guest receives a set of three towels (large, medium, small).

Q: Is there an extra fee for separate beds?
A: Yes, except for bookings with more than two guests where the third bed is included.

Q: Is there luggage storage?
A: Yes, free luggage storage is available upon request.

Q: Is there a safe or alarm system?
A: No.
