Positive: The flat was big enough and clean. The best part about the flat is the location. It is really close to the center and the main attractions with some really nice bars close by. Another positive is the presence of air conditioning which helped us from escaping the heat wave that came that week which resulted in temperature rising upto 40-42°C. Checking in instructions were sent to us 1 day before and it was clear and easy to follow. The host also replied quickly to some of the queries post checking in. Negative: The only issue with the flat was that it wasn't possible to lock it from the inside. It only has a security latch (attached a photo) which some people may find not enough. Another minor thing is that it would be better to explicitly mention in the description that toiletries are not provided. One would usually expect this to be available. Even though it is not listed in facilities available, it would be better to mention this explicitly in the main description.

Positive: L’appartamento situato in posizione comoda rispetto al centro della città. Zona molto tranquilla e ben servita. Comunicazione con il proprietario corretta. Appartamento climatizzato. Negative: L’appartamento avrebbe forse bisogno di una ripulita e degli arredi nuovi, almeno alcuni. Pulizia del bagno molto approssimativa. Se non viene fornito il kit igiene completo, servirebbe almeno il sapone per le mani nel bagno.

Perfect stay on a beautiful location Positive: The apartment was well cleaned and prepared for our arrival. The self check-in was very easy and straightforward, the place is also very well located, on a quiet street and only 15 minutes walk away to the Arena. We loved the area! The AC worked perfectly during peak heat over 36 degrees outside.

Мартас удобный и большой, хорошие подушки .Есть посуда для готовки Negative: Кондиционер не работал постоянно, не справлялась электросеть-приходилось включать электричество на 1 общем этаже ночью. Но о при включении кондиционера, оно сразу выключалось снова. Было очень жарко. Спальня без кондиционера. Мебель старая, картинки не соответствуют действительности. Все очень аскетично. В санузле штанга для душа сразу отвалилась. Нет никаких ванных принадлежностей даже мыла.
